Everything was good, kind staff, favourable location really close to Cucuve Suites for 3 nights in February 2019, and the city center.

My stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk from the ferry. The service provided by the staff was top-notch. From check-in to check-out, they were friendly, welcoming, and always available to answer any questions I had. The housekeeping service ensured that my room was clean and well-kept throughout my stay. The laundry shop in front of the hotel was a big bonus, allowing me to easily take care of my laundry during my 11-day trip. The amenities provided, such as the air conditioning, mini-bar, and in-room safe, added to the comfort and convenience of my stay. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch and the breakfast served every morning was delicious and varied.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and quality stay.

Personable hotel, staff were best and the location was excellent near the bike trail. The breakfast was delicious, I really enjoyed GREAT fruit juice, coffee, tea, breads and cereals. All the services were outstanding. I came here for 4 nights and had a such wonderful stay.

The bed, bathroom, shower, and breakfast were all of exceptional quality, just like in a nice small urban European hotel. The manager was fluent in multiple languages and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The location was perfect, with the main tourist street and a fisherman's dock just a stone's throw away.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location was perfect, with many local vendors to choose from just down the street. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist us. The rooms were some of the most comfortable and clean that we have ever stayed in, providing a luxurious experience. The breakfast every morning was delicious, with a variety of fresh options such as eggs, fresh fruit, and bread. We also appreciated the free use of the cappuccino machine for Galapagos coffee, as well as the tea and cookies provided for snacking. the service, comfort, and quality of this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to come back!

It was next to the Electronautica shop, providing easy access to activities and excursions. The historical center was also nearby, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the island's culture and history. The rooms were modern and clean, with comfortable beds and blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. The staff was extremely helpful and provided useful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the hotel also had great coffee available all day.

There was occasional noise from a neighbor's barking dog in the afternoon, which could be a bit bothersome when sitting outside.

Stayed at Cucuve for four nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with a very comfortable king bed. Breakfast was delicious and varied each morning. Free water bottles and filtered water were provided, saving us from buying bottled water. The hotel's location was convenient, and they even packed us a box breakfast on our early morning tour pick-up day. Highly recommended!
